About Dead Sea Salts
The waters of the Dead Sea have been renowned for their therapeutic effects since ancient times. Two thousand years ago, Flavius wrote that the salts from the Dead Sea heal the human body. The waters from the Dead Sea are unique in that they contain 27% of various salts as compared to 3% in normal sea water. Further, while sodium accounts for approximately 80% of the salt content of normal sea water, it comprises much less of the salt total in water from the Dead Sea. The balance of the salts in Dead Sea water is magnesium, potassium, calcium chloride and bromides. Why are these types of salts beneficial? Magnesium is important for combating stress and fluid retention, slowing skin aging and calming the nervous system. Calcium is effective at preventing water retention, increasing circulation and strengthening bones and nails. Potassium energizes the body, helps to balance skin moisture and is a crucial mineral to replenish following intense exercise. Bromides act to ease muscle stiffness and relax muscles. Sodium is important for the lymphatic fluid balance (this in turn is important for immune system function). So we can see that bathing in high quality sea salt could replenish the minerals which are critical to our skin metabolism.

DRY, CRACKED HEELS AND FEET CAN BE UNSIGHTLY, BUT CAN OFTEN BE A SOURCE OF PAIN AND EMBARRASSMENT. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT BABY SMOOTH HEELS ARE ACHIEVABLE AND MOST CRACKED HEELS AND FEET ARE ABLE TO BE TREATED AT HOME. OUR SAY NO TO CRACKED FEET PRODUCT LINE SHOULD BE YOUR GO-TO NATURAL REMEDY FOR DRY, CRACKED FEET. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUFFER FROM DRY CRACKED FEET. SIMPLE STEPS TO SOFT AND VELVETY FEET:
Step 1 – Soak With Salt
Proper foot care begins with a soak. Plain water won't cut it! Our foot soak relaxes tired feet, improve circulation, freshens and softens hard skin. Every night soak your feet with our Foot Salts - Say NO TO CRACKed Feet. They are a mix of Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, healing flowers like Calendula & Rose, and a mix of essential oils like tea tree, lavender, peppermint, and grapefruit. These botanicals help loosen dead skin and have antiseptic properties to protect feet from bacteria and fungus, while refreshingly increasing circulation.
Fill the tub with warm water, immerse your feet in the water and leave them there for 15 minutes. Gently brush feet with foot brush to remove excess skin and dirt. Super-hot water can suck out all your natural oils, leaving you with dehydrated skin. So stick with a warm or lukewarm soak. Do this every night before going to sleep – until the condition of your feet does not improve. Afterwards, treat yourself with a soak 1-2 times a week.
Step 2 – Exfoliate, Exfoliate, Exfoliate
Your skin (including your feet) needs regular exfoliation to remove dead skin cells so that new, shiny and smooth skin can be seen. After thoroughly soaking feet, use about ¼ cup sugar scrub and gently scrub feet, paying particular attention to rough patches. The oil will soften skin and the sugar gently exfoliates. For really thick skin use pumice stone to gently work through the hard, dead layers of skin.
Step 3 – Moisturize With Foot Butter
After soaking and exfoliating, thoroughly wipe dry. Moisture on the feet is not desirable because it facilitates the development of fungi. Now it’s time for a moisturizer and massage. Apply Foot Butter - SAY NO TO CRACKed Feet. While applying the cream, you can gently massage your feet. Foot massage has a beneficial effect on the entire body. Put on clean cotton socks. Leave them on your feet for at least 4 hours. For best results use foot cream twice a day.
EVERYDAY FEET CARE
Take care of your feet every day. If cracks develop sores or blisters, just pay attention and treat them appropriately.
Keep Your Feet & Shoes Clean
We recommend using our Salted Pink Grapefruit Handmade Bar Soap to clean your feet daily. It works perfect in the shower and/or bath. The added benefit of this soap is the Dead Sea salt granules that help exfoliate dirt and dead skin away.

Often a bad skin condition is associated with a lack of nutrients in the body or insufficient water intake. Therefore, make sure you get enough vitamin A, which is essential for healthy skin. Carrots, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach and pumpkins are a great source of this vitamin. In addition to quality food, drink plenty of water. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day and your skin will be naturally smooth and soft.

I purchased this as a gift with the No Cracked Feet scrub and balm. I opened it to smell it and wish I would have got one for myself. The bottle is much bigger than I expected too. Only reason for the 4 stars is that I actually haven't tried it yet
